Cancellation policy

As a courtesy to our service providers and other guests, we require a 24 hour notice
shall you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We regret that we must
charge 20 % of services booked for any appointments not cancelled or rescheduled
within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time.


Refunds & Exchanges

There are no refunds on services or retail merchandise. However retail merchandise
may be exchanged for an item of equal or greater value within 7 days.


Children

Guests must make all necessary child care arrangements prior to their reservation.
For the safety of the child and out of respect to our other guests, children without a
scheduled appointment are not allowed to accompany their guardian receiving hair
services on the salon floor and are prohibited to be left alone unattended in our
waiting area without the supervision of an adult. Guardian of any disruptive child will
be asked to remove the child from the salon.


Damaged, Lost Or Stolen ItemsDamaged, Lost Or Stolen Items

Salon Valenti is not responsible for any personal items or garments damaged, lost, or
stolen during your service.
